Karrigans background in the business world spans across client relations, sales, and debt management in the finance, insurance, and recruitment industries. She plays a pivotal role in recruitment, onboarding, and new member research. Karrigan's mission is to build & maintain a diverse team of writers, editors, marketing/ fundraising managers, and financial advisers that feel they have found what they've been looking for when it comes to striking a balance between a spiritual and professional expression of the arts.
Karrigan brings a genuine and profound interest in spiritual subjects, nurtured through in-depth study of spiritual texts and philosophy, learning to contribute to spiritual or humanitarian causes through volunteerism - including leading conferences on the working poor and the living wage and organising awareness and fundraising events for the homeless, the hungry, the sick and the struggling - as well as engaging in the ever-deepening process of self-awareness and reflection.

Chris is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Leader with over 20 years of experience in public and private sector organisations, up to Director level.
With an eclectic professional background in the business world and a Level 5 CIPD qualification in People Management, Chris has navigated the industry as an International Recruiter, Recruitment Business Partner, Divisional Lead, Director/COO and Head of Talent Acquisition. As one of our HR Managers Chris assumes a crucial role in recruitment and onboarding policies, processes and talent scouting, aiming to curate a multifaceted and efficient group of members.

Victoria boasts extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR roles. Victoria is also CIPD 5 qualified, certified in Mental Health First Aid, and possesses Level 2 certifications in Diversity & Inclusion and Unconscious Bias.

Clifford White
Clifford is the creator and founder of The Spiritual Arts Foundation.
An award-winning music composer and producer, web designer and filmmaker, Clifford's fascination for the spiritual and the paranormal was kindled during his early childhood when an unusual experience awakened him to the possibility of the existence a spiritual dimension coexisting within our own. He has studied spirituality and the paranormal throughout his life and has channelled his creativity to reflect this fascination into a music career which spans 40 years, including the running of his own record label, innumerate production credits, and no less than 21 self-produced solo music albums and an award-winning film soundtrack.
Clifford is also a seasoned business owner. His company 21st Century New Media Ltd is almost a quarter of a century old and was located at Elstree Film Studios (home to 'Big Brother' and 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire') for almost a decade. Beginning as a small web design boutique, his business grew into a fully-fledged new media marketing and training agency with 9 staff and 4 offices at the studios, teaching corporates and small businesses of every kind. In recent years, Clifford has chosen to dedicate his time and career to growing the Spiritual Arts Foundation, where his love of spirituality and the arts perfectly intersect.
