Blake is a singer-songwriter from Bath. His music deals with issues of faith, politics and love. His latest album ‘Jubilee’ is due for release later this year. Blake’s musical influences include The Beatles, Bob Dylan, The Bevis Frond, Peter Green’s Fleetwood Mac and Richard Thompson.
“Blake is a rising UK talent, a true conceptual auteur. Here, he's set his compositional skills to work to create a rock opera version of the Nativity story. It's a corker of an adaptation.” (Review of 'Star Over Bethlehem') - Oscar Hyde, CrossRhythms
“Your music evokes that magic San Fran psychedelic sound and resonates with a deep understanding and respect for that era.”
Steve Barilotti, Film maker behind 'Rick Griffin: The Film'
“While Blake pays due homage to his influences, it’s his integrity that’s stamps itself over the 10 tracks contained on this long playing disc.” (Review of ‘Stay Human’) Simon Wells, author of ‘Butterfly on a Wheel: The Great Rolling Stones Drugs Bust’
My first album, Solomon's Tump, was recorded in a Cheltenham bedsit in 2003 on a Tascam eight track machine, with an initial run of just 50 copies. The album was picked up by sound engineer Pascale Giovetto (My Bloody Valentine, Oasis) who invited me to sign to her London based Ectomusic label in 2004. I put together a band and under the name 'Karmatruffle' a single and album was released. I felt constrained by the indie-rock format, however, and in 2006 I left the label and Karmatruffle to release my own self-produced music. I recorded and released seven albums on my Rockhopper Records label between 2006 and 2010.
In April 2011 I began writing songs for a new album, Stay Human, after reading about the murder of the Italian peace activist and journalist Vittorio Arrigoni in the Gaza strip. The album was crowd-funded via PledgeMusic, with all profits going to the arts festival, Greenbelt. Stay Human was recorded at Gatehouse Studios in Swindon with contributions from many of my musician friends and was released on 15th April 2012, the first anniversary of Vittorio's death.
On 9th December 2013 I released Star Over Bethlehem, a rock opera telling the story of the Nativity with all proceeds going to two charities working for peace in the Holy Land: Musalaha Ministry of Reconciliation and the SIRA School in Bethlehem.
On 20th June 2014 I performed at the Bet Lahem Live festival in Bethlehem at the invitation of the Holy Land Trust. I performed songs from Star Over Bethlehem and Stay Human accompanied by my friend, fellow musician and sometime producer Joe Brown. On our return from Palestine Joe and I wrote and recorded a song called 'We'll Be Champions' which was released as a single on 25th July 2014 to raise funds for the Amos Trust’s Emergency Appeal for Gaza.
On Record Store Day 2015, I released a compilation LP called Vinyl Junkie - the title track is dedicated to record collectors everywhere.
On 8th December last year, on the 35th anniversary of John Lennon's passing, I released my latest single, 'Going Back To Liverpool', which will be featured on my new album, Jubilee, due for release later in 2016. 'Going Back To Liverpool' is available to download from Bandcamp. In fact, for a limited time, I am offering my entire back catalogue of thirteen albums at 90% off (just over £7!) on the site.

Liam has been writing songs in the pop-folk tradition since he was 17. At the core of his album You And Other Stories is a deep sense of romance, not through sentiment but as articulate, intelligent, bitter-sweet story-telling. He is a skilled songwriter with real sophistication and these are proper pop songs, laden with hooks and refrains that make them compelling and timeless.
His narrative is the landscape of the troubadour – heartbreaking, idealistic, lush – a journey through life for everyman. Liam has always been drawn to the West Coast singer-song writers of the 70s. If he’d been born earlier he would probably be hanging out in Lauryl Canyon with Crosby Stills Nash and Joni Mitchell. His other musical influences are an immense sweep – from Gershwin to Goldfrapp.
He is a young dreamer and an awesome natural talent with a voice, described by BBC broadcaster Phil Jupitus as “achingly lovely”, that melts every part of you.

Lincoln Jean-Marie was in the midst of 2012’s biggest celebrations – the Queen’s Jubilee and the London Olympics – singing alongside musical giants such as George Michael and Stevie Wonder.
Performing to global audiences and touring with the likes of Robbie Williams and Will Young has become normal for Lincoln, but the singer’s journey may only just be beginning as 2013 sees the release of his first solo album: Inspired.
Having survived a cancer scare and witnessed the power of prayer first hand, Lincoln’s debut solo release speaks of his experience of God. It combines musical genres including pop, jazz and funk to create a unique and vibrant sound.
The MOBO award winner says he’s been inspired to “write something uplifting” with lyrics which “help someone to consider the role of God in their lives and how he can help you.”

I hail from South Yorkshire in the north of England. I have been interested and fascinated by music for as long as I can remember. Throughout my teens I played keyboards in various local bands.
I first tried my hand at both singing and songwriting at the age of 18. I played on the northern club scene for 22 years before deciding to call it a day in 2010. I have many fond memories of those days (plus plenty I’d rather forget!) and I managed to collect quite a few awards along the way too. I am currently writing songs with a view to gaining interest from music publishers and artists.
For the past 10 years I have been involved in leading worship at my local church. This is an amazing privilege and responsibility which I enjoy and don’t take lightly. I have been busy writing and recording a contemporary Christian album called “Deeper With You” which you can find details of on my website. You can also check out the tracks on my soundcloud page. The album is available on cd as well as digital downloads on all the major download sites. Also the backing tracks are available to download on this site as a resource for churches.

Tim Jenks is a committed Christian with a passion for the blues. He has been involved in promoting the Lord via the medium of music for over half a century and has a fan base that stretches across the pond to the U.S. of A.
"The late '60s saw me introducing the electric guitar into our local church and the start of gospel rock making an impact within the coffee bar circuit. With a constantly changing line-up we settled on a three-piece boogie blues band called Life which spent most weekends hacking up and down the M6 to church coffee bar outreaches."
"With gig demand ever increasing I prematurely ended my teaching career in 1974 to form the full time pro-band Aaron and after a year touring pubs and clubs - the emphasis being on playing places Christian bands normally didn't - Aaron was invited to tour high schools and colleges in the USA. Two nine-month tours followed and we successfully took on the secular glam-rock scene."
Tim has made four recordings since 2002. The first was a collection of four of Tim's original songs under the title 'Sands of Time'. The second was an album 'Tear Down the Walls' featuring five of Tim's songs. More recently he recorded a dedicated Christmas album combining some rock arrangements of traditional carols alongside four original songs especially written for a Christmas concert – 'Realms of Glory'.

The Claze are everything they proclaim to be and more-a life loving and faith filled band of brothers.
A group of friends, brought together through their Faith who almost have The Blues Brothers ‘mission from God’ to use music to change, improve and inspire people’s lives.
4 people who are selfless, generous and passionate about using the talent they have to benefit others.
Their work on Tulips and Coffee with Macmillan Cancer Support received National coverage, and spread the message of how community spirit and love can make such a difference to people going through difficult times.
It’s a message that often gets lost in the fast paced world we live in, but The Claze have the ability to not only create music which conveys this belief but also to do it with laughter, emotion and true heart.
As well as creating music which reflects on life, love and loss, The Claze have a bond with each other which shines from within.
Gareth, Tom, Dave and James have their faith in God which is gentle and true. And their faith in each other to support, care and stick together is what makes The Claze work so well as a band.
They sing, play and speak from the heart. They like talking about God, rugby and music over a beer. They want to make a difference. What could be more inspirational than that? - Emma Wright.
